Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing SmolderRidge. Each piece is carefully inspected by our artisans before shipment. We want you to love your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is unworn and in its original condition
• Includes all original packaging (gift box, velvet pouch, care card, dust bag)
• Is not a customized or engraved piece

We do not accept returns for:

• Items showing signs of wear, deformation, or damage
• Custom-engraved or custom-sized pieces
• Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging

Return Process

1. Email us at Service@SmolderRidge.com with subject line: "Return Request — Order #"
2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return
3. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions
4. Ship the item via a trackable courier (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless defective)
5. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method

Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs and prioritize an exchange. A full refund is available upon request.
